Is this "closed"? — No

It's not closed OSS, it's source-available with a T-shirt as the gate. Why we paused OSS: see the open-source-stop post. tl;dr — 600 unpatched Dependabot alerts surfaced when we enabled scanning, plus two real security bugs in nanobot (prompt injection + CORS reflect) were filed publicly. Locking down to harden was the right move; T-shirt buyers retain read access via MSA.

Modify, fork, run for your own projects — all fine. Public redistribution: ask first.

FAQ

Q. Wallet / NFT required?

No. MSA auth is email-only. Stripe checkout → magic link login → DL. Wallet is for the separate MU Pass Solana NFT (membership badge with vote weight), which is being minted in Phase 2 with a claim flow. Source access is independent.

Q. Refund / chargeback?

On refund, future /api/source/grant calls return 403. Already-downloaded zips can't be revoked — accepted risk.

Q. International shipping?

Yes via the Premium route (Printful EU). US 7-10 days, Asia 10-14 days, EU 5-7 days. Shipping cost ¥1,200-¥2,400 added at checkout. SUZURI route is Japan-domestic only.

Q. First-100 deadline?

When the count hits 100, or 2026-06-30, whichever comes first.

Q. Will more repos be added?

Yes. First-100 members get automatic access to all future Tier-1 additions.

Q. Pull requests?

v1 is read-only. Contribution flow is Phase 4. Telegram / Discord for direct Q&A with Yuki is the current best path.

Q. Formal open date?

Concrete commitments:

If a milestone slips, we email apologies individually. >1 week slip = refund window opens.
